Nick: ‘Both MPs were brutal. I was raped over a bathtub while my head was submerged’

“Sometimes I would be driven there with other children. On other occasions I would be driven there alone, and join other children there.”
“Nick” describes the start of a regular series of events that would take him to Dolphin Square, a block of luxury apartments near Westminster, to be sexually abused by two former Conservative MPs – including an ex-cabinet minister – and other VIPs.
Two men including Nick described how they were taken there when they were boys to be sexually abused and raped. MPs and other powerful figures were among the men who repeatedly attacked them.
According to Nick’s account, he was often driven to the complex, and he would notice “Dolphin Square” above the entrance. His first time there, he was about 11.
The children were ordered not to speak to each other, said Nick. He did, though, manage to find out some of the other boys’ names.
He described being escorted up several flights of stairs, down a “dimly lit and musty” corridor. Then, he was taken into an apartment.
Heavy curtains were drawn across the windows, although Nick once caught a glimpse of the River Thames.
Doors leading to various rooms were often closed. The children were told where they could – and could not – go.
The “parties” would begin innocently, said Nick, and different men would leave and enter the apartment throughout. Later, some of the high-profile figures would become sickeningly depraved, he explained.
“We were asked if we wanted a drink, but there was not really a choice. It was always whisky. Both MPs were brutal. I was raped over a bathtub while my head was submerged beneath the water.
“One [MP] attempted to get me to beat another boy with a baton,” he said. “I refused, and was physically and sexually punished for it. I was held down by a group of men and my feet were stabbed with something.”
One of the men seemed to have medical training. The “doctor”, as Nick called him, would treat any children who were injured during the abuse.
Nick told how he was given a drink that he believes was drugged, and later raped by MPs and other powerful figures.
He says that he was taken to be abused at Dolphin Square around 10 times.
A separate witness said that he was around 13 when an MP took him to a “dinner party” for about 12 people at one apartment in the block. This was in the early 1980’s.
“They were a mixture of boys and girls,” the witness said. “They were aged between 13 and 15.”
“The men would openly discuss the fact that we were young. They would joke about who had brought along the most attractive boy, like it was a competition.
“You would get to know the other children. And then, as quickly as you would get to know them, then it would stop. They were always being moved on, or disappearing.
“You could never make proper friends with them because nobody trusted. But there was a bond between us all, and we looked out for each other.”
“They would put a porn film on when things would calm down,” the witness said. “It took a few minutes or so,” he added, “and then they would feel you.”
Some of the men would signal to a child that they wanted to go to a bedroom. The witness claimed he was raped inside one of the bedrooms.
He thinks that two Conservative MPs raped him at Dolphin Square, including the same ex-cabinet minister as identified by Nick, although he says that he finds it difficult to remember who attacked him where.
According to the witness, he was taken to parties at Dolphin Square to be sexually abused two or three times.
When he first described the location to Exaro – one of many venues, he said, for such parties – he was unaware of its name. But his description matched Dolphin Square perfectly.
So we later showed him a series of pictures of buildings, and the witness immediately picked out Dolphin Square as the venue for “abuse parties”.
Dolphin Square is known for the intrigue that surrounds the place and some of its residents.
